SM100-TCP intelligent converter is a high-tech product integrating HART protocol and TCP/IP communication. It is a micro RTU system. It is composed of high precision operational amplifier, interface chip, watchdog circuit, input and output circuit, and embedded TCP/IP gateway module and Hart modem chip. It has the characteristics of stable performance and high cost performance.
Because the SM100-TCP smart converter is designed for industrial integration, it adopts special design in terms of temperature range, vibration, electromagnetic compatibility and interface diversity to ensure stable operation in harsh environments and provide high quality assurance for your equipment.

  • With one way of analog sampling, 32-bit high-precision A/D simultaneous sampling function.
  • Two-way switching value sampling function.
  • With one HART interface.
  • Parameters, range and zero point of data acquisition can be configured.
  • With power-off memory function, parameters do not need to be reset after power off.
  • Equipped with large-capacity EEPROM, save data according to the set saving interval.
  • The power supply and HART communication indicator can clearly indicate the working status of the collector.
  • Read data directly from the instrument via HART protocol.
  • All operating parameters can be queried and set both locally and remotely.
  • Parameters can be configured via Ethernet.

  • The analog input impedance is 250Ω, which can collect DC 4 ~ 20mA and DC 0 ~ 5V signals.
